The customer is from the University of Australia. They just ordered a floating zone furnace which is need to cool by recycling water chiller.

The specification of cooling water as follow:

-- water flow 3L/min

-- heat load 1100W

-- Needing to cool the furnace to room temperatures.

At first, the customer chose thermolysis type water cooler CW-3000, but the temperature of CW-3000 is not manually adjusted. According to the customer’s requirement, S&A CW-5200AI is more suitable for cooling the furnace.
