What are the picosecond and femtosecond lasers?

Today, S&A Lecturer would like to invite you to learn about picosecond and femtosecond lasers. The acquaintance of President Fu in the field enables us to get to know picosecond and femtosecond lasers. As 1 femtosecond is equal to 0.001picosecond, it means the intensity of both instantaneous pulse energies is very high.
