Manager Zhang is a customer of S&A Water Chiller. He is mainly engaged in manufacturing chemical laboratory apparatus such as distillation instrument, liquid extractor, etc. When visited, Manager Zhang said S&A water chillers were stable in quality and provided good cooling results after used for more than one year.
When visiting the plant of the laser customer Manager Ji, S&A found that Raycus fiber lasers were mainly used and supported by single temperature chillers. For example, 500W Raycus fiber laser used CW-6100 chiller with a cooling capacity of 4,200W; 700-800W Raycus fiber laser used CW-6200 chiller with a cooling capacity of 5,100W; and 1,500W Raycus fiber laser was supported by CW-6300 chiller with a cooling capacity of 8,500W.
On this visit to Ji’nan, S&A visited Manager Chen, a customer of fiber marking machine with EFR laser glass tube. The EFR laser tubes used in Manager Chen’s factory has the power between 80-100W and 130-150W to support S&A CW-3000 water chiller and CW-5200 water chiller with a cooling capacity of 1,400W.
A Ji’nan-based plotter customer Manager Zhou told S&A when S&A visited him that: “I no longer use the fake chiller. All we use are S&A water chillers, showing his recognition of S&A Water Chiller quality.” He also told S&A about the effect arising from the price increase of raw material and the countermeasures.
How is the chick incubated? In the past, a chick was generally incubated by the hen for approximately 21 days. With technological development, a chick will be incubated only by placing an egg in the chick incubator. The chick incubator turns the fertilized eggs to life by artificially simulating the procedures such as egg turning by female ovipara at the given temperature and humidity and for certain time.
Alston is a regular customer of S&A Water Chiller. Its ESR equipment has always been supported by S&A water chillers. Alston affirmed the quality of S&A water chillers and recommended S&A water chillers to its customers from time to time.
The cooling capacity of a water chiller is closely related to ambient temperature and outlet water temperature. The cooling capacity changes with the increasing temperature. When recommending chiller type to customers, S&A will make an analysis according to the cooling performance curve chart of the water chiller so as to screen a more suitable chiller.
S&A has had a history of development for fifteen years during which it provides cooling services for spindle manufacturers in all sizes, thus gaining much experience in providing suitable types of chiller for spindle.
There is a verse best working for the process of cooperation between S&A and Kim from a New Zealand university that reads: “After endless mountains and rivers that leave doubt whether there is a path out, suddenly one encounters the shade of a willow, bright flowers and a lovely village.”
In November 2016, the editor mentioned that that Lucas - a Japanese big customer of laser – visited S&A and purchased the CW-6200 chiller subject to testing and for purpose of cooling the semiconductor laser projector. Now, Lucas again reached S&A Water Chiller and expressed his intention to buy several chillers subject to testing, with a change of the chiller type to the CW-6100 chiller with a cooling capacity of 4,200W.
The Belgian Sid consulted on S&A Water Chiller site for CW-3000 & CW-5000 water chillers to be used in cooling the 100W X-ray imaging projector. The ambient temperature would be approximately 21℃, and the target water temperature would be 15-35℃.
