In some circumstances, the air cooled water chiller which cools laser metal cutting machine may trigger the alarm. There will be beeping and the error code and the water temperature alternating on the control panel of the temperature controller. In this case, users can stop the beeping by pressing any button, but the error code can’t be removed until the alarm condition is eliminated. For example, for S&A Teyu air cooled water chiller CW-6200, the error code illustrations are as follows. E1 stands for ultra-high room temperature; E2 stands for ultra-high water temperature; E3 stands for ultra-low water temperature; E4 means faulty room temperature sensor; E5 means the faulty water temperature sensor. Users need to identify the real cause first and then solve the problem accordingly.
