Amaphrinta e-3D angahlukaniswa abe izinhlobo ezahlukahlukene ngokusekelwe kubuchwepheshe obuhlukahlukene nezinto zokwakha. Uhlobo ngalunye lwephrinta ye-3D lunezidingo ezithile zokulawula izinga lokushisa, futhi ngaleyo ndlela ukusetshenziswa kwezibandisi zamanzi kuyahlukahluka. Ngezansi kukhona izinhlobo ezijwayelekile zamaphrinta e-3D kanye nendlela ama-chillers amanzi asetshenziswa ngayo.

Ukuphrinta kwe-3D noma ukukhiqiza okungeziwe kungukwakhiwa kwento enezinhlangothi ezintathu kusuka ku-CAD noma imodeli ye-3D yedijithali, esetshenziswe emikhakheni yokukhiqiza, yezokwelapha, yezimboni, kanye nenhlalo yabantu... Amaphrinta e-3D angahlukaniswa abe izinhlobo ezahlukene ubuchwepheshe obuhlukene kanye nezinto zokwakha. Uhlobo ngalunye lwephrinta ye-3D lunezidingo ezithile zokulawula izinga lokushisa, kanjalo nokusetshenziswa kwe ama-chillers amanzi kuyahlukahluka. Ngezansi kukhona izinhlobo ezijwayelekile zamaphrinta e-3D nokuthi ama-chillers amanzi asetshenziswa kanjani nawo:


1. SLA 3D Printers

Isimiso sokusebenza: Isebenzisa i-laser noma umthombo wokukhanya we-UV ukwelapha isendlalelo seresin ye-photopolymer ewuketshezi ngokwesendlalelo.

Isicelo se-Chiller: (1)Ukupholisa I-Laser: Iqinisekisa ukuthi i-laser isebenza ngokuzinzile ngaphakathi kwebanga lokushisa elilungile. (2)I-Build Platform Temperature Control: Igwema ukukhubazeka okubangelwa ukunwetshwa kokushisa noma ukufinyela. (3)Ukupholisa kwe-UV LED (uma kusetshenziswa): Ivimbela ama-UV LED ekushiseni ngokweqile.


2. SLS 3D Printers

Isimiso sokusebenza: Isebenzisa i-laser ukwenza izinto eziyimpushana ze-sinter (isb., inayiloni, izimpushana zensimbi) isendlalelo ngosendlalelo.

Isicelo se-Chiller: (1) Ukupholisa i-Laser: Kudingeka ukuze kugcinwe ukusebenza kwe-laser. (2)Ukulawula Ukushisa Kwezisetshenziswa: Isiza ukugcina izinga lokushisa elizinzile kulo lonke igumbi lokuphrinta phakathi nenqubo ye-SLS.


3. SLM/DMLS 3D Printers

Isimiso sokusebenza: Kufana ne-SLS, kodwa ikakhulukazi ukuncibilikisa izimpushana zensimbi ukuze kwakhiwe izingxenye zensimbi eziminyene.

Isicelo se-Chiller: (1)I-High-Power Laser Cooling: Ihlinzeka ngokupholisa okusebenzayo kwama-laser anamandla aphezulu asetshenzisiwe. (2)Build Chamber Temperature Control: Iqinisekisa ikhwalithi engaguquki ezingxenyeni zensimbi.


4. FDM 3D Printers

Isimiso sokusebenza: Ishisisa futhi ikhiphe izinto ze-thermoplastic (isb., i-PLA, i-ABS) isendlalelo ngesendlalelo.

5. DLP 3D Printers

Isimiso sokusebenza: Isebenzisa iphrosesa yokukhanya yedijithali ukwenza izithombe kunhlaka ye-photopolymer, yelapha isendlalelo ngasinye.

Isicelo se-Chiller: Ukupholisa Umthombo Wokukhanya. Amadivayisi e-DLP ngokuvamile asebenzisa imithombo yokukhanya enamandla kakhulu (isb., izibani ze-UV noma ama-LED); ama-chiller amanzi agcina umthombo wokukhanya upholile ukuze kuqinisekiswe ukusebenza okuzinzile.


6. Amaphrinta we-MJF 3D

Isimiso sokusebenza: Ngokufanayo ne-SLS, kodwa isebenzisa inhloko ye-jetting ukuze ifake izinto ezixutshwayo ezintweni eziyimpushana, ezibe sezincibilikiswa umthombo wokushisa.

Isicelo se-Chiller: (1)I-Jetting Head kanye ne-Laser Cooling: Ama-Chiller apholisa ikhanda le-jetting nama-laser ukuqinisekisa ukusebenza kahle. (2)Yakha i-Platform Temperature Control: Igcina ukuqina kwezinga lokushisa kwenkundla ukuze kugwenywe ukonakala.


7. EBM 3D Printers

Isimiso sokusebenza: Isebenzisa i-electron beam ukuze incibilikise izendlalelo zempushana zensimbi, ezifanele ukukhiqiza izingxenye zensimbi eziyinkimbinkimbi.

Isicelo se-Chiller: (1)Ukupholisa kwe-Electron Beam Gun: Isibhamu se-electron beam sikhiqiza ukushisa okukhulu, ngakho ama-chiller asetshenziselwa ukusigcina sipholile. 8. I-LCD 3D Printers

Isimiso sokusebenza: Isebenzisa isikrini se-LCD kanye nomthombo wokukhanya we-UV ukuze welaphe isendlalelo se-resin ngesendlalelo.

Isicelo se-Chiller: Isikrini se-LCD kanye Nokupholisa Komthombo Wokukhanya. Ama-Chiller angapholisa imithombo yokukhanya ye-UV enamandla kakhulu nezikrini ze-LCD, andise impilo yesisetshenziswa futhi athuthukise ukunemba kokuphrinta.
