Jack, the laser marking manufacturer, mainly produces reflow welding machine and wave soldering machine. Jack finds that other factories are employing Teyu (S&A Teyu) Water and air cooled chiller to cool Inno uv laser, and the performance related to the cooling capacity seems very good. Jack wants to purchase the same kind of Teyu chiller to cool its Inno UV laser, requiring that the cooling temperature should be controlled at 25℃.
In the communication with Jack, we realize that his company is employing the UV laser of 20W. Therefore, we recommended Teyu Water and air cooled chiller CWUL-10 to him. Teyu chiller CWUL-10 has a cooling capacity of 800W, and the temperature control accuracy of ±0.3℃, which can meet the cooling requirements of UV laser. (PS: the temperature control range of Teyu chiller is 5-30 degrees, but the recommended temperature is 20-30 degrees. This is because, at this point, the cooling mechanism could achieves the best performance and aids in prolonging the service life of the chiller.
