First of all, we need to figure out why condensed water occurs in the laser cutting machine. Condensed water occurs when the temperature difference between water temperature and ambient temperature is more than 10℃. Therefore, the point is to minimize the temperature difference as possible as we can. To do that, adding S&A Teyu air cooled water chiller would do. That is because S&A Teyu air cooled water chiller has an intelligent temperature controller which enables automatic water temperature adjustment according to ambient temperature (water temperature is normally 2℃ lower than ambient temperature).
