Mahimman mahimman bayanai na ƙayyadaddun tsarin bugu na injin sanyi mai sanyi

Ƙarfin sanyaya mai sanyaya, kwararar na'urar sanyaya da kuma ɗaga na'urar sanyaya su ne manyan abubuwan da ke cikin manyan injin bugu na sanyi mai sanyi.

Yaya ya kamata a daidaita manyan firintocin da ke da ruwa mai sanyi?

Fitilar UV a cikin iska mai ƙarfi, zafin jiki zai yi girma sosai, nasa ba hanyar da za ta watsar da zafi da kyau, fiye da amfani da chiller UV don kwantar da hankali.  Babban tsarin firinta mai sanyi na iya farawa daga maki masu zuwa:

1. Sanya bisa ga ƙarfin sanyaya mai sanyi.

Dangane da ƙarfin fitilar UV, zaɓi ƙarfin sanyi mai dacewa na chiller, ikon fitilar UV, mafi girman daidaitawar. sanyi sanyi iya aiki don zama ya fi girma, kamar sanyaya 2KW-3KW UVLED tushen haske, zaɓi ƙarfin sanyaya 3000W na S&CW-6000 Chiller ; sanyaya 3.5KW-4.5KW UVLED haske Madogararsa, zabi 4200W sanyaya iya aiki na S&CW-6100 Chiller .

2. Sanya bisa ga kwarara na chillers 

Girman kwararar, wanda ke da alaƙa da tasirin firiji, wasu fitilun UV suna buƙatar babban kwarara, idan ruwan sanyi yana ƙarami, ba zai cimma tasirin firiji ba.

3. Sanya bisa ga  dagawar chillers 

Dagawa kuma muhimmin abu ne wanda zai shafi tasirin sanyaya.

Wasu abokan ciniki kuma za su sami wasu buƙatu don chiller, kamar buƙatun don ƙara bawul ɗin sarrafa kwarara, gwargwadon buƙatar daidaita girman kwararar; akwai abokan ciniki suna buƙatar ƙara yawan sandunan dumama, a cikin ƙananan zafin jiki na hunturu ba za su damu da zazzagewar ruwa da daskarewa ba, wanda ya haifar da chiller ba zai iya farawa ba. Hakanan akwai abokan ciniki za su yi amfani da injin sanyaya, sanyaya buroshin iska guda biyu, wanda ke buƙatar na'ura mai dual-loop na al'ada, kamar S.&A CW-5202, na'ura mai amfani da yawa, adana sararin shigarwa, amma kuma yana adana isa don siyan farashi.

Chillers bukatar gudu wani adadin lokaci don cimma sanyaya, don kunna chiller, sa'an nan kunna UV printer don tabbatar da cewa akwai isasshen lokacin sanyaya, kuma kada ku damu da sanyaya ba zai iya isa, lalacewa ga UV fitilar.
