Amaphuzu ayinhloko we-chiller yokumisa umshini wokuphrinta wefomethi enkulu

Umthamo wokupholisa opholile, ukugeleza kwe-chiller kanye nokuphakanyiswa kwe-chiller amaphuzu ayinhloko we-chiller yokumisa umshini wokuphrinta wefomethi enkulu.

Kufanele amiswe kanjani amaphrinta anefomethi enkulu ngezibandisi zamanzi?

1. Lungiselela ngokomthamo wokupholisa we-chiller.

Ngokusho kwamandla esibani se-UV, khetha umthamo wokupholisa ofanayo we-chiller, amandla esibani se-UV, okukhudlwana okufanayo ukupholisa okupholile umthamo wokuba mkhulu, njengokupholisa umthombo wokukhanya we-2KW-3KW UVLED, khetha umthamo wokupholisa ongu-3000W we S&I-CW-6000 chiller ; Ukupholisa umthombo wokukhanya we-UVLED ongu-3.5KW-4.5KW, khetha umthamo wokupholisa ongu-4200W S&I-CW-6100 epholile .

2. Lungiselela ngokusho ukugeleza kwama-chillers 

Ubukhulu bokugeleza, obuhlobene nomphumela wesiqandisi, ezinye izibani ze-UV zidinga ukugeleza okukhulu, uma ukugeleza kwe-chiller kukuncane, ngeke kufinyelele umphumela wesiqandisi.

3. Lungiselela ngokusho  ukuphakamisa ama-chillers 

Ukuphakamisa futhi kuyisici esibalulekile esizothinta umphumela wokupholisa.

Amanye amakhasimende azoba nezinye izidingo ze-chiller, njengemfuneko yokwengeza ama-valve okulawula ukugeleza, ngokusho kwesidingo sokulungisa usayizi wokugeleza; kukhona amakhasimende adinga ukungezwa kwezinduku zokushisa, ebusika obusezingeni eliphansi ngeke kudingeke sikhathazeke ngokujikeleza kwamanzi okuqandisa kanye ne-icing, okuholela ekutheni i-chiller ayikwazi ukuqala. Kukhona futhi amakhasimende azosebenzisa i-chiller, i-airbrush epholisa umoya emibili, edinga i-dual-loop chiller yangokwezifiso, njenge-S.&I-CW-5202, umshini osebenzisa izinto eziningi, ukonga indawo yokufaka, kodwa futhi yonga okwanele ukuthenga izindleko.

Ama-Chillers adinga ukusebenzisa isikhathi esithile ukuze afinyelele ukupholisa, ukuvula i-chiller, bese uvula iphrinta ye-UV ukuqinisekisa ukuthi kunesikhathi esanele sokupholisa, futhi ungakhathazeki ngokuthi ukupholisa akukwazi ukufinyelela, ukulimala kwesibani se-UV.
