Some users might have come across this kind of situation - their laser welding machine has already been equipped with dual circuit water chiller, but the cooling performance is not satisfactory. Well, there could be the following reasons:
1.The equipped laser chiller unit doesn’t have big enough cooling capacity. In this case, change a bigger one;
2.The temperature controller of the dual circuit water chiller doesn’t work. In this case, contact the chiller supplier for the new temperature controller;
If this problem occurs after the laser chiller unit is used for a certain period of time, then the reason could be:
1.The heat exchanger is too dirty. In this case, it is suggested to clean this;
2.The laser chiller unit leaks refrigerant. It is suggested to find and weld the leakage point and refill with the refrigerant;
3.The environment where the chiller is running is too hot or too cold, so the chiller can not refrigerate properly. In this case, change for a bigger one.
