The laser chiller will produce normal mechanical working sound under normal operation, and will not emit special noise. However, if a harsh and irregular noise is produced, it is necessary to check the chiller in time. What are the reasons for the abnormal noise of industrial water chiller?
1. The chiller hardware accessories are loose.
Check the screws on the feet, wheels, sheet metal, etc. of the industrial chiller. The industrial chiller runs for a long time, various hardware accessories may be loose, which is a normal phenomenon and can be tightened.
2. Abnormal noise occurs at the fan in the chiller cooling system.
The chiller fan of a new machine generally does not produce abnormal noise. But the chiller fan that works for a long time may also have loose screws, deformation of the fan blades, or foreign objects. Check clearly, if the fan blades are seriously deformed, the fan needs to be replaced.
3. Abnormal noise of chiller water pump
(1) There is air in the water pump, which causes the efficiency of the water pump to drop and makes abnormal noises. Affecting the cooling water circulation, the common reasons are loose pipeline screws, aging parts and air holes, and failure of sealing valves. And the solution is to replace the water pump or to inspect and repair the key damaged parts to restore the normal value.
(2)There is a scale in the circulating water system, causing the circulating water circuit to be blocked and causing abnormal noise.
The solution is to short the water inlet and outlet, let the chiller water circuit circulate by itself, and check whether the pipe blockage is caused by the outside or the inside. If the internal blockage is determined, use a detergent to remove the scale, and then use pure water/distilled water as the circulating cooling water. If there are foreign objects in the water pump, check and repair them to remove the foreign objects.
4. Abnormal noise of chiller compressor
Because the chiller compressor has abnormal noise caused by wear and tear, the abnormal noise is too loud and affects the chiller use, then the compressor needs to be replaced.
