Last week, a user from the United States wrote an e-mail to S&A Teyu. In his e-mail, he said that he purchased several S&A Teyu refrigeration water chillers CW-6100 to cool the laser phosphor projectors, but he didn’t know which liquid medium was recommended for use and he didn’t want any bacterial growth in the liquid medium.

Liquid medium is one of the most important factors that are related to the cooling performance of refrigeration water chiller. Based on this issue, we gave him the following advice.

Firstly, use clean distilled water or purified water as the liquid medium. These kinds of water can greatly reduce bacterial growth and avoid clogging in the waterway.

Secondly, it is now winter and many places in U.S. have already dropped to below 0 degree celsius. In order to prevent the liquid medium of S&A Teyu recirculating water chillers CW-6100 from freezing, he can add anti-freezer into the liquid medium but not too much, for the anti-freezer is corrosive. Therefore, the anti-freezer needs to be diluted according to the instructions.
