Decoding an industrial water chiller system-what are the core components?

Due to these features, industrial water chillers have been widely used in laser marking, laser cutting, CNC engraving and other manufacturing business. A reliable and durable industrial water chiller system often comes with reliable industrial chiller components. So what are these components? 


1.Compressor
Compressor is the heart of the refrigeration system of the water chiller system. It is used to turn electric energy into mechanical energy and compresses the refrigerant. S&A Teyu attaches great importance to the selection of the compressor and all of its refrigeration based water chiller systems are equipped with compressors of famous brands, ensuring the refrigeration efficiency of the whole industrial water chiller system.


2.Condenser
Condenser serves to condense the high temperature refrigerant vapor which is from the compressor into liquid. During the process of condensation, the refrigerant needs to release heat, so it requires air to cool it down. For S&A Teyu water chiller systems, they all use cooling fans to take away the heat from the condenser. 

3.Reducing device
When the refrigerant liquid runs into the reducing device, the pressure will turn from condensation pressure to evaporation pressure. Some of the liquid will become vapor. S&A Teyu refrigeration based water chiller system uses capillary as the reducing device. Since capillary doesn’t have the adjustment function, it can not regulate the refrigerant flow that runs into the chiller compressor. Therefore, different industrial water chiller system will be charged with different types and different amounts of the refrigerants. Note that too much or too little refrigerant will affect the refrigeration performance. 

4.Evaporator
The evaporator is used to turn the refrigerant liquid into vapor. In this process, the heat will be absorbed. Evaporator is an equipment that outputs cooling capacity. The delivered cooling capacity can cool down refrigerant liquid or air. S&A Teyu evaporators are all made by itself independently, which is the guarantee of the product quality.
