Last month, we received a message from Mr. Huffman from Canada.

Mr. Huffman: Hello. The ordered S&A Teyu air cooled chiller CWFL-2000 arrived at my place two weeks ago and it has been doing a pretty good cooling job to my mild steel fiber laser welder so far. The temperature fluctuation of air cooled chiller CWFL-2000 always remains at ±0.5℃, indicating excellent ability of temperature control. Your chiller is fine, but I do have some concerns about the freezing problem. You see, I am in Canada and the temperature in most of the time in a year could be very low, so water can easily gets frozen. How can I prevent my air cooled chiller from freezing?

S&A Teyu: Well, this is a common concern for users who live in high latitude areas. To prevent the freezing problem, you can add anti-freezer into the air cooled chiller CWFL-2000. But remember, dilute it with proper amount of water before adding it, for it is corrosive. When the ambient temperature is becoming higher, you are suggested to drain out the anti-freezer from the chiller as soon as possible.

Mr. Huffman: That is very useful. Thanks a lot!
