Plate laser cutting machine chiller needs to be put in air-conditioned room in summer.

laser cooling

Users: Last time you suggest me to put my plate laser cutting machine chillers in the room with air conditioners in summer, but not do so in winter. What is the reason?

S&A Teyu: Well, in summer, the ambient temperature is generally high and it is very easy to trigger the ultra-high room temperature alarm. However, it is cold in winter, so it is not necessary to put the chiller in the air-conditioned room. For our air cooled industrial water chiller CW-3000, ultra-high room temperature alarm will be triggered when the room temperature reaches 60 degree Celsius. For our air cooled industrial water chillers CW-5000 and above, it is 50 degree Celsius. All in all, in summer, you need to make sure the working environment of the chiller is below 40 degree Celsius and is of good ventilation.

In respect of production, S&A Teyu has invested the production equipment of more than one million RMB, ensuring the quality of a series of processes from the core components (condenser) of industrial chiller to the welding of sheet metal; in respect of logistics, S&A Teyu has set up logistics warehouses in the main cities of China, having greatly reduced the damage due to the long-distance logistics of the goods, and improved transport efficiency; in respect of after-sales service, all the S&A Teyu water chillers are underwritten by insurance company and the warranty period is two years.
