1.Check the company logo. Real S&A Teyu industrial cooling system CW-5000 carries “S&A Teyu” logo in different parts of the chiller. These parts include the water supply inlet cap, black handle, temperature controller, the front & side sheet metal, drain outlet cap and so on. Fake ones don’t have company logo at all these spots !
2.Check the configuration code. There are a 4-digit number on the back of the S&A Teyu industrial cooling system CW-5000 and this number is unique to each of the chiller. Users can send this code to us for checking;
3.Scan the QR code. Scan the QR code on the back of the chiller and users will be directed to our official website https://www.chillermanual.net while fake ones don’t have this QR code;
