1.Laser source
As its name suggests, laser source is the device that generates laser light. 2.Laser head
Laser head is the output terminal of the laser equipment and is also the most precise part. In laser cutting machine, laser head is used to focus the divergent laser light from the laser source so that the laser light can become high energy concentrated to realize precision cutting. In addition to precision, laser head also needs to be well taken care of. In the daily production, it happens very often that there is dust and particles on the optics of the laser head. If this dust problem can not be solved in time, the focusing precision will be affected, leading to burr of the laser cut work piece.
3.Laser control system
Laser control system accounts for a big proportion of the software of the laser cutting machine. How a laser cutting machine operates, how to cut the desired shape, how to weld/engrave on specific spots, all these rely on the laser control system.
The current laser cutting machine are mainly divided into low-medium power laser cutting machine and high power laser cutting machine. These two types of laser cutting machines are equipped with different laser control systems. For low-medium power laser cutting machine, the domestic laser control systems are playing the key role. However, for high power laser cutting machine, foreign laser control systems are still dominant.
