The industrial water chiller cools down the lasers through the working principle of circulating exchange cooling. Its operating system mainly includes a water circulation system, a refrigeration circulation system and an electrical automatic control system.
The working principle of the industrial water chiller is that the heat generated by the laser equipment works through the chiller compressor refrigeration system to reduce the water temperature, and the low-temperature water is transported to the equipment by the water pump, and the high-temperature water on the equipment is returned to the water tank for cooling, circulate and exchange cooling to achieve the cooling of lasers.
So what system does an industrial chiller consist of?
1. Water circulation system
The low-temperature cooling water is sent to the equipment that needs to be cooled by the water pump. The cooling water takes away the heat and then warms up and returns to the laser chiller. After cooling again, it is transported back to the equipment to form a water cycle.
2. Refrigeration cycle system
The refrigerant in the evaporator coil is vaporized into steam by absorbing the heat of the return water. The compressor continuously extracts the generated steam from the evaporator and compresses it. The compressed high-temperature and high-pressure steam is sent to the condenser and then discharged. The heat drawn away by the fan is condensed into a high-pressure liquid, which enters the evaporator after being depressurized by the throttling device, vaporizes again, and absorbs the heat of the water to form a refrigeration cycle.
3. Electrical automatic control system
Including the power supply part and the automatic control part. The power supply part supplies power through contactors to compressors, fans, water pumps, etc. The automatic control part includes thermostat, pressure protection, delay device, relay, overload protection, and other protection functions such as circulating water flow detection alarm, ultra-temperature alarm and automatic water temperature adjustment, etc.
