Water Chiller CW-7500 for Cooling 100kW CNC Machining Spindle
TEYU water chiller CW-7500 is manufactured to provide years of reliable active cooling for 100kW CNC spindle. This industrial process cooling equipment keeps the temperature set within the range of 5℃ to 35℃ with high precision. It incorporates an efficient water pump and compressor so that considerable energy can be saved. Combined with Modbus-485 to easily connect between chiller and cnc machine.
Industrial chiller CW-7500 is user-friendly. The robust structure with eyebolts allows the lifting the unit by means of straps with hooks. The disassembly of the side dust-proof filter for periodic cleaning operations is easy with the fastening system interlocking. With a slightly tilted water fill port and a water level indicator, users can add water with ease. Water draining is also quite convenient with a drain port mounted on the chiller back. The optional heater is available to help rising water temperature quickly in winter.
