How to deal with E2 alarm triggered in refrigeration water chiller which cools 3D fiber laser cutter?

As summer is around the corner, it is very easy for the refrigeration water chiller which cools 3D fiber laser cutter to trigger E2 alarm which means ultra-high water temperature alarm. If it happens, users can check the following items one by one to deal with it.

1.Make sure the working environment is well ventilated and the ambient temperature is 40 degree celsius;
2.If the dust gauze is blocked, then clean it;
3.If the voltage is unstable or relatively low, then add a voltage stabilizer or improve the line arrangement;
4.If the temperature controller is under wrong setting, then reset the parameters or restore to factory setting;
5.If the cooling capacity of the current refrigeration water chiller is not big enough, then change to a bigger one;
6.Make sure the chiller has enough time for refrigeration process after it starts (usually 5 minutes or more) and avoid turning it on and off very frequently.

After 18-year development, we establish rigorous product quality system and provide well-established after-sales service. We offer more than 90 standard water chiller models and 120 water chiller models for customization.
