1. The use environment of the chiller is harsh.

If the ambient temperature is too high or too low, the air outlet cannot effectively dissipate heat. It is recommended to place the chiller to run at a suitable ambient temperature, which cannot be higher than 40 degrees in summer.

2. The heat exchanger of the chiller is too dirty.

It will reduce the heat dissipation of the cold water and affect the cooling. It is recommended to clean the heat exchanger.

3. The refrigeration system leaks Freon (refrigerant).

Find leaks, repair welding, and add refrigerant.

4. The optional cooling capacity is insufficient.

When the cooling capacity of the chiller is insufficient, the equipment cannot be effectively cooled, and the temperature will be too high. It is recommended to replace the chiller with a suitable cooling capacity.

5. Thermostat failure.

The thermostat is faulty and cannot control the temperature normally, it is recommended to replace the thermostat with a new one.

6、The water temperature probe is faulty.

The water temperature cannot be monitored in real-time and the water temperature value is abnormal. Please replace the probe.

7. Compressor failure.

If the compressor does not work, the rotor is stuck, the speed drops, etc., it needs to be replaced with a new compressor.
