Water blockage is a common problem in closed loop laser chiller unit which cools 3D laser printer, but by following the below tips, users can avoid it very easily.
1.Use clean distilled water or purified water as the circulating water of the laser chiller unit;
2.Change out the water on a regular basis. For high standard environment like laboratories, it is OK to change out water every half a year; For normal working environment, every 3 months is suggested; For inferior working environment, such as woodworking workstation, it is suggested to change out water every month.
