What are the reasons for the blurred marking of the laser marking machine? There are three main reasons: (1) There are some problems with the software setting of the laser marker; (2) The hardware of the laser marker is working abnormally; (3) The laser marking chiller is not cooling properly.
Permanent, legible and pollution-free are the advantages of laser marking machines. But what are the causes for the fuzzy marks of the laser marker? Here, let me tell you about this:
1. Laser marker software setting problems
(1) Open the software, and check whether the power parameters are adjusted within the range of the previous production and whether the frequency is adjusted too high. If the parameters are not adjusted correctly, adjust them right.
(2) Select the contents needed to be marked in the software, and try rotating and mirroring it.
(3) There are usually many fonts in the software, but some fonts may not adapt to the words to be typed, so some messy codes such as “口口口口口” or word inversion will appear on the display. And you just need to replace the font.
2. Check whether the laser marker hardware works normally
(1) The laser beam integrated lenses are damaged and polluted. A laser encoder has 3 types of beam integrated lenses: beam extender, field lens and galvanometer lens. Any one of these three lenses may have problems that will cause the laser beam spot to become weaker and weaker and the laser marker to leave unclear marks.
(2)Check whether the copper sleeve at the lower end of the marking head cylinder in contact with the needle is worn too much. If so, it needs to be replaced.
3. Check whether the laser marking chiller cools normally
Laser chiller can control the temperature of the laser device, keeping the laser away from thermal deformation. It helps to stabilize the light output power, guarantee beam quality and improve the working life and marking definition of the laser device. So, it is suggested to maintain the laser chiller regularly such as removing dust, replacing the circulating water and adding antifreeze in winter.
