Mr. Patel from India recently consulted us about S&A Teyu water chiller for his 200W fiber laser welding machine. We felt a little confused. Cooling 200W fiber laser? Mr. Patel explained that the 200W fiber laser has no need of industrial chiller, for its emitting rate is low. The reason he asked for industrial chiller is that soldering paste needs to be added during the process of welding and the container of the soldering paste on the assembly line is not allowed to be over 17 ℃. Otherwise, the soldering paste will go bad. Therefore, the water chiller is for cooling the soldering paste container.
With our recommendation, Mr. Patel purchased S&A Teyu industrial chiller CW-5200 to cool soldering paste container of the laser welding machine in the end.
