The working principle of laser cleaning machine is just like this: the laser cleaning machine posts the laser light on the dirt of the material surface. The dirt absorbs the laser energy and then vaporizes or has an instant thermal expansion so that it can “run away” from the absorption power to the particle and be removed from the material surface. This realizes the purpose of cleaning. 

Categories of laser cleaning

There are generally 4 kinds of laser cleaning. 
1.Direct laser cleaning.
This means using pulsed laser to remove the dirt directly.

2.Laser + liquid film

This means putting a layer of liquid film on the material surface and then posting laser light on the liquid film so that the liquid film will explode and the dirt will be removed.


3.Laser + inert gas
When posting the laser light on the material surface, blowing inert gas to the material. 

4.Laser + non-corrosive chemical method
