Water cooling chiller is to keep the light decoration laser welding machine in proper temperature. What is the reason that the cooling water becomes hot? According to S&A Teyu experience, the causes and the solutions can be listed as below:
1.User selects the wrong chiller model, i.e. the cooling capacity of the water cooling chiller is lower than the heat load of the laser welding machine. It is suggested to switch to a bigger one;
2.Something goes wrong with the temperature controller, so the temperature control can’t be realized. It is suggested to change a new temperature controller;
3.The heat exchanger of the chiller is too dirty. Please clean it;
4.Refrigerant leakage. Please find and weld the leakage point and refill with refrigerant;
5.The working environment is either too hot or too cold. It is suggested to change to a bigger water cooling chiller.
