TEYU industrial water cooler CW-8000 delivers precise and reliable temperature control for analytical, industrial, medical, and laboratory applications. With up to 42 kW (≈12 Ton) cooling capacity, it provides stable cooling performance within a temperature control range of 5°C to 35°C and maintains temperature stability of ±1°C. Designed with a robust industrial structure, the air-cooled chiller CW-8000 ensures continuous and dependable operation in demanding environments.

CW-8000 is equipped with a high-performance compressor and efficient evaporator to achieve excellent energy efficiency while reducing operating costs. The easy-to-read digital control panel provides multiple alarm and safety protection functions for reliable system monitoring. Supporting Modbus-485 communication, this recirculating water chiller allows remote monitoring and parameter adjustment for intelligent process control. Optional configurations include 50Hz/60Hz frequency and 380V/415V/460V power supply.

What is the recommended water used in the industrial water chiller?

The ideal water should be deionised water, distilled water or purified water.

How often should I change out the water?

Generally speaking, the water changing frequency is 3 months. It can also depend on the actual working environment of the recirculating water chillers. For example, if the working environment is too inferior, the changing frequency is suggested to be 1 month or shorter.

What is the ideal room temperature for the industrial chiller?

The working environment of the industrial water chiller should be well ventilated and the room temperature should not be higher than 45 degree C.

How to prevent my chiller from freezing?

For users living in high latitude areas especially in winter, they often face the frozen water problem. To prevent the chiller from freezing, they can add an optional heater or add anti-freezer in the chiller.
