Laser source as the core component of mobile phone shell laser marking machine is prone to become overheating during operation. Therefore, a cooling device is often equipped to take away the heat from it. However, which is better - air cooling or water cooling, it depends on the laser power of the laser source. Air cooling is suitable for small power laser marking machine while water cooling is better for high power laser marking machine. Water cooling is often referred to water cooling industrial chiller which offers adjustable temperature control with high efficiency refrigeration performance and is very popular among laser marking machine users.
