According to the operating environment and frequency of use of the laser chiller, it can be divided into the following three situations:
1. In low-quality environments, replace once per two weeks.
Such as in woodworking and stone engraving machines, there will be a lot of dust and impurities. The circulating water of the chiller is easily polluted by the outside world. It is recommended to replace the circulating water once every two weeks to a month to reduce the road blockage caused by pipeline impurities.
2. Under normal circumstances, replace once per three months.
Such as laser cutting, laser marking and other working places, it is recommended to replace the circulating water every three months.
3. High-quality environment, replaced once per six months.
For example, in the laboratory of an independent air-conditioned room, the environment is relatively clean, and the circulating water can be replaced once every six months to one year.
