How to deal with poor refrigeration performance of industrial rack mount water chiller? First of all, we have to locate the problem and then come up with related solution.
1.The ambient temperature is too high. When industrial chiller unit is working under an environment of more than 40℃, it is less easier for the chiller to dissipate its own heat, causing poor refrigeration eventually. Therefore, make sure the ambient temperature is below 40℃ with good ventilation;
2.There is not enough refrigerant or there is refrigerant leakage. In this case, find and weld the leakage point and recharge with related refrigerant;
3.The cooling capacity of the industrial rack mount water chiller is not enough;
