In winter, users will add the anti-freezer into the industrial chiller unit which cools bending machine to prevent the water inside from freezing. So, what is the guideline of adding the anti-freezer?
1.The less concentration of the anti-freezer, the better (under the condition that the anti-freezing function is working normally).That’s because the anti-freezer is corrosive.
2.The anti-freezer shouldn’t be used for a long time. After being used for a long time, the anti-freezer will deteriorate and its corrosiveness will become stronger after deterioration. When the weather becomes warmer, the anti-freezer should be drained as soon as possible.
3.It is suggested to use the same brand of anti-freezer. As different brands of anti-freezer have minor difference even the main components are the same. If different brands of anti-freezer are used together, precipitate or bubble may occur.
Note: Anti-freezer should be diluted according to certain proportion with water before being added into the industrial chiller unit.
