Lokhu kuholele ekwandeni kwenani labakhiqizi bemishini yokwelapha ye-UV, okuphakamisa ukuthi izinhlelo zokusebenza ezidinga ubuchwepheshe bokwelapha be-UV LED nazo ziyakhuphuka. Ngakho-ke ungakhetha kanjani umshini wokwelapha we-UV ofanele? Yini okufanele icatshangelwe?


1.Ubude begagasi

Ubude begagasi obujwayelekile be-UV LED buhlanganisa i-365nm, 385nm, 395nm kanye ne-405nm. Ubude begagasi bomshini wokwelapha we-UV kufanele bufane neglue ye-UV. Ezimbonini eziningi ezidinga iglue ye-UV, i-365nm iyinketho yokuqala futhi iningi lemishini yokwelapha ye-UV ekhiqizwe abakhiqizi nayo inobude begagasi obungu-365nm. 2.Umfutho we-UV weradiation

Ukunamathela kwe-UV, uwoyela we-UV noma upende we-UV kungafinyelela umphumela omuhle kakhulu wokuphulukisa ngaphansi kohlu oluthile lokuqina kokukhanya. Ukukhanya okuphansi kakhulu kuzoholela ekwelapheni okunganele kodwa ukukhanya okuphezulu kakhulu ngeke kuholele emthelela ongcono wokwelapha. Umshini wokwelapha we-UV unezindlela ezi-3 zokukhipha ukushisa, okuhlanganisa ukuchithwa kokushisa okuzenzakalelayo, ukupholisa umoya nokupholisa amanzi. Izindlela zokukhipha ukushisa zomshini wokwelapha we-UV zinqunywa amandla okukhanya kwe-UV LED, amandla kagesi kanye nobukhulu. Ngokukhipha ukushisa okuzenzakalelayo, okuvamile umthombo wokukhanya wephoyinti ngaphandle kwefeni epholile. Ngokuqondene nokupholisa komoya, kuvame ukusetshenziswa ezintweni ezinamathelayo ze-UV. Ngokuqondene nokupholisa amanzi, kuvame ukudingeka kusistimu yokwelapha ye-UV enamandla amakhulu. Lawo masistimu e-UV LED asebenzisa ukupholisa komoya angaphinda asebenzise ukupholisa amanzi ngokukhipha ukushisa, okuholela ezingeni eliphansi lomsindo nempilo ende yamasistimu e-UV LED. 


Ukupholisa amanzi okusetshenziswa imishini yokwelapha ye-UV noma amanye amasistimu e-UV LED ngokuvamile kubhekisela ekushiseni kwenqubo yezimboni. Ukugeleza kwamanzi okuqhubekayo nokungaguquguquki kungasiza ukususa ukushisa ngokuphumelelayo engxenyeni eyinhloko yaleyo mishini - ukukhanya kwe-UV LED.
