If water chiller system which cools plastic laser cutter can’t refrigerate properly, it could be due to:
1.The dust gauze is covered with dust so the the ventilation of the laser chiller system is poor. It is suggested to take out and wash the dust gauze regularly;
2.There is foreign substances in the circulating water, which causes the blogging inside the water loop. In this case, use purified water or clean distilled water as circulating water and change it every 3 months;
3.The supplied power is too low. It is suggested to add a voltage stabilizer;
4.The temperature controller of the water chiller system is broken and is unable to indicate water temperature. In this case, turn to the chiller supplier for a new one.
