1.The dust gauze is blocked and has bad heat dissipation. In this case, take apart the dust gauze and clean it on a regular basis;
2.The air inlet and outlet have bad ventilation. In this case, make sure the air inlet and outlet have good supply of air;
3.The voltage is pretty low or unstable. In this case, improve the supply power cable or use a voltage stabilizer;
4.The temperature controller has a wrong setting. In this case, reset the parameters or return to factory setting;
5.Turn on and off the rack mount recirculating chiller so frequently. In this case, stop doing it and make sure the chiller has enough time to prepare for refrigeration process;
6.The heat load is excessive. In this case, reduce the heat load or change for a bigger cooling capacity rack mount cooler.
