There are 3 reasons for fiber laser to become overheating:
1.The fiber laser is not equipped with air cooled industrial chiller unit;
2.The fiber laser is indeed equipped with laser chiller unit, but the cooling capacity of the chiller is too small;
3.The equipped air cooled industrial chiller unit is faulty, so it can not refrigerate.
To deal with the above problems, it is suggested to select laser chiller unit with proper cooling capacity and find out and deal with the fault accordingly.
