On this visit to Ji’nan, S&A Teyu visited Manager Chen, a customer of fiber marking machine with EFR laser glass tube. The EFR laser tubes used in Manager Chen’s factory has the power between 80-100W and 130-150W to support S&A Teyu CW-3000 water chiller and CW-5200 water chiller with a cooling capacity of 1,400W.
During the visit, Manager Chen discussed with S&A Teyu the effect of water temperature on CO2 laser marking machine. Manager Chen said intermittent heat radiation and cooling had little effect on the marking results of CO2 laser marking machine. However, if refrigerating water chillers are used, the laser glass tube will have a longer service life.
