Jacky, a Slovenian customer said in an e-mail: “Hello, I’d like to purchase an S&A Teyu CW-5000 water chiller to cool hydraulic heat exchanger (a requirement table was attached)”
Four requirements are written in the table: 1. the cooling capacity of the water chiller shall reach 1KW at a room temperature of 30℃ and outlet water temperature of 15℃; 2. the outlet water temperature of the water chiller shall be in the range of 5℃~25℃; 3. the environment temperature for the water chiller shall be in the range of 15℃~35℃; 4. the voltage shall be 230V and frequency shall be 50Hz.
But, according to the analysis on the performance curve chart of S&A Teyu CW-5000 water chiller, under the room temperature of 30℃ and outlet water temperature of 20℃, the cooling capacity can only reach 590W, which can’t meet Jacky’s cooling requirement; but for CW-5300 air cooled water chiller with 1800W cooling capacity, its cooling capacity can reach 1561W under the same condition, which can meet Jacky’s cooling requirement.
So, S&A Teyu recommended CW-5300 water chiller to Jacky to cool the hydraulic heat exchanger. After S&A Teyu told the reason to Jacky, Jacky directly placed an order to purchase the CW-5300 water chiller.
