Client: A CNC milling machine manufacturer suggested me to use S&A Teyu CW-5200 water chiller for the cooling process. Can you explain how this chiller works?
S&A Teyu CW-5200 is refrigeration type industrial water chiller. The cooling water of the chiller is circulated between CNC milling machine and the evaporator of the compressor refrigeration system and this circulation is powered by the circulating water pump. The heat generated from CNC milling machine will then be transmitted to the air through this refrigeration circulation. Required parameter can be set to control the compressor refrigeration system so that the cooling water temperature for CNC milling machine can be maintained within the most suitable temperature.
