When the recirculating closed loop water chiller which cools 3D UV laser marking machine triggers water flow alarm, there will be beeping and it needs to be dealt with in time. Water flow alarm can be caused by the following problems and users can locate the real problem by detecting them one by one.
1.The external circulation waterway of the recirculating closed water chiller is blocked. In this case, please remove the blocking.
2.The internal circulation waterway of the recirculating closed loop water chiller is blocked. In this case, use clean water to flush the waterway and then use the air gun to blow it.
3.The water pump has impurities. In this case, clean the water pump.
4.The water pump rotor wears out which makes the water pump age seriously. In this case, please replace the whole water pump.
