Letting out the water inside chiller refrigeration system which cools die board laser cutting machine is quite simple. Below are the step-by-step procedures.
1.Turned off the die board laser cutting machine and the chiller refrigeration system.
2.Unscrew the drain cap to let out the water. (Note: for CW-3000,CW-5000 series water chillers, since the drain cap is on the bottom left corner of the back of the chiller, the chiller needs to be tilted by 45 degree).
3.Screw tight the drain cap and refill new purified water or clean distilled water until it reaches the green indicator of the water level gauge.
