How to replace the water of closed loop industrial chiller CW-5000 which cools CO2 laser marking machine?
During the water circulation between the CO2 laser marking machine and the closed loop industrial chiller CW-5000, contamination may occur. Things like dust and tiny particles may develop to become clogging over time. If the water channel becomes clogged, the water flow will slow down, leading to less satisfactory cooling performance of the chiller. Therefore, changing out water regularly is quite necessary. Some users might think replacing water is kind of difficult. Well, in fact, it is pretty easy. Now we take water chiller CW-5000 as an example to show you how.
1. Open the drain cap and till the chiller against 45 degree until the original water all drains out. Then put the drain cap back and screw tight.2. Open the water filling cap and add the new circulating water until it reaches the green indicator of the level gauge. Then put the cap back and screw tight.
3. Operate the chiller for a while and check if the circulating water is still at the green indicator of the level gauge. If the water level drops, add more water in it.
