The marketing department of S&A Teyu is divided into domestic section and oversea section according to different locations of the customers. This morning, Mia, our colleague of oversea section received 8 e-mails from the same Singapore customer. The e-mails are all about the technical questions about fiber laser cooling. This customer was so grateful about Mia being very patient and professional in answering those technical questions. In addition, this customer also mentioned that among all those industrial chiller suppliers that he contacted, S&A Teyu chiller has the well-established solutions for laser cooling and he was quite satisfied with the solutions provided.
