The water temperature for water chiller which cools Turkey PCB laser cutting machine doesn’t drop possibly due to the following reasons:
1. There is something wrong with the temperature controller of the water chiller, so the water temperature can not be adjusted.
2. The water chiller doesn’t have enough cooling capacity, so it can’t cool the equipment effectively.
3. If the water chiller has this water temperature problem after it has been used for a long time, then the possible reasons might be as follows:
a. The heat exchanger of the water chiller is too dirty. It is suggested to clean the heat exchanger regularly.
b. The water chiller leaks Freon. It is suggested to find and weld the leakage point and refill the refrigerant.
c. The operating environment for the water chiller is harsh(i.e. ambient temperature being too high or too low), so the water chiller can’t meet the cooling requirement of the machine. In this case, users can only have to choose another water chiller with higher cooling capacity.
