Reflow oven technique refers to the soldering mechanically and electrically connected between SMC termination/pin and PCB bonding pad. It is the last key procedure of SMT. It is necessary to equip water chiller with the reflow oven during operation.
One Mexican customer Mr. Antonio who deals in EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) contacted S&A Teyu and required a water chiller with cooling capacity of 20KW for cooling the reflow oven.
