This morning, S&A Teyu received an e-mail from a Portuguese customer. This Portuguese customer, who works for an integrator of laser systems, mentioned in his e-mail that the S&A Teyu chiller he purchased before was very good in cooling performance and this time he would like to purchase another S&A Teyu chiller to cool CO2 laser tube.
As we know, CO2 laser tube can’t work properly without the water cooling from water chiller. If the temperature of CO2 laser tube can’t be brought down in time, the working performance of the CO2 laser tube will be affected, or even worse, the CO2 laser tube will crack. With the parameters provided by the Portuguese customer, S&A Teyu recommended S&A Teyu water cooling system CW-6000 for cooling 250W CO2 laser tube. S&A Teyu water cooling system features the cooling capacity of 3000W and the precise temperature control of ±0.5℃. The defaulted intelligent temperature control mode enables the water temperature to adjust itself automatically (generally 2℃ lower than the ambient temperature). Besides, users can also change the temperature control mode to constant temperature control mode according to their needs.
In respect of production, S&A Teyu has invested the production equipment of more than one million RMB, ensuring the quality of a series of processes from the core components (condenser) of industrial chiller to the welding of sheet metal; in respect of logistics, S&A Teyu has set up logistics warehouses in the main cities of China, having greatly reduced the damage due to the long-distance logistics of the goods, and improved transport efficiency; in respect of after-sales service, all the S&A Teyu water chillers are underwritten by insurance company and the warranty period is two years.
