Cooling performance of laser diamond marking machine industrial chiller becomes poor. The reasons could be:
1.The temperature controller of the industrial chiller is broken and unable to control the water temperature;
2.The cooling capacity of the equipped industrial chiller is not big enough;
3.If this problem happens after the chiller is used for a period of time, the reasons could be:
A.The heat exchanger is too dirty. Please clean it accordingly;
B.The industrial chiller leaks refrigerant. Please find and weld the leakage point and refill with refrigerant;
C.The ambient environment is being too hot or too cold so the industrial chiller can not meet the cooling requirement. It’s suggested to choose a bigger industrial chiller.
