There are quite a few elements that are related to the service life of UV LED light source, including:
1.The tube wall load. The greater the load, the shorter the service life of the UV LED light source will be;
2.Working voltage. High working voltage will lead to shorter service life;
3.Power density. The higher the power density, the service life of the UV LED light source will become.
The above-mentioned elements are the internal ones. The external element is whether there is stable cooling for the UV LED light source. Stable cooling helps extend the service life of the UV LED light source. All requires is adding an external circulating water chiller system.
