What is the reason for E2 alarm occurs to high speed UV printing machine industrial air chiller?

laser cooling

According to the experience of S&A Teyu, if E2 alarm occurs to high speed UV printing machine industrial air chiller, there might be ultrahigh water temperature alarm. The reasons for the ultrahigh water temperature alarm include:

1.The dust gauze is blocked and the heat can’t be dissipated. Please clean it regularly;

2.The air inlet & outlet have bad ventilation. Please make sure good ventilation;

3.The voltage is pretty low or unstable. Please use a voltage stabilizer or improve the power cable;

4.The temperature controller has wrong setting. Please reset the parameters or restore to factory setting;

5.Turning the chiller on and off too frequently, so refrigeration process can’t start in a short time. Please make sure enough time is provided for the refrigeration process;

6.The heat load of the UV printing machine is higher than the cooling capacity of the industrial air chiller. Please change to a bigger chiller.

In respect of production, S&A Teyu has invested the production equipment of more than one million yuan, ensuring the quality of a series of processes from the core components (condenser) of industrial chiller to the welding of sheet metal; in respect of logistics, S&A Teyu has set up logistics warehouses in the main cities of China, having greatly reduced the damage due to the long-distance logistics of the goods, and improved transport efficiency; in respect of after-sales service, the warranty period is two years.
