The main purpose of equipping laser welding machine with water chiller machine is to cool the laser welding machine effectively and make sure the laser welding machine can work normally.
The requirement of the water chiller machine is as follows:
1. The cooling capacity of the water chiller machine must exceed the heat load of the laser welding machine;
2. The pump lift and the pump flow of the water chiller machine must meet the requirement of the laser welding machine;
3. The temperature stability of the water chiller machine must meet the requirement of the laser welding machine.
