The temperature control accuracy of S&A Teyu industrial recirculating chiller CWUL-05 which cools high precision UV laser is ±0.2℃. This high accuracy of ±0.2℃ can guarantee smaller water temperature fluctuation and more stable water pressure, which helps stable laser output of UV laser and extend the life cycle of the UV laser.
